This site  www.medinnova.it is owned by Medinnova Srl, with registered office at Via Cairoli, 49, 50131, Florence, tax code 02902161203, VAT number 02902161203 and registration in the Business Register of Florence n. FI-602840; on this site, the retail trade of any type of product made via the Internet is carried out. For the purchase on this site the norm contained in the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) is followed in the matter of distance contracts. The general conditions of sale (hereinafter “conditions”) below constitute a binding agreement for the use of the site.

Prices
All prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs.

Products
All the products we sell on the site are delivered directly by the manufacturer or retailer in some cases (hereinafter “manufacturer”) to the final purchaser (hereinafter “customer”) through the logistics service we have chosen.

Acceptance of Orders
The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Medinnova Srl only if the entire ordering procedure has been completed regularly and correctly without any indication of error messages from the Site. Medinnova S.r.l. will not include in the expenditure products not expressly ordered by the Customer. In order to contain the requested sum as a reimbursement of shipping costs, a minimum order limit is imposed on the site for each producer, a limit which, if not reached, prevents the conclusion of the order.

Order confirmation
In his e-mail box the customer will receive confirmation of the order made with the summary of the products, the relative prices, the indication of the presumed delivery date and time and the particular conditions applicable to the order itself.

Cancellation and modification of the order
The customer can cancel the entire order or modify it until the confirmation of shipment has been received. Following unexpected logistical and organizational difficulties, Medinnova S.r.l. You can cancel the order by notifying the customer via e-mail or, after agreement with the same, to change the day and / or time of delivery.

Delivery
The customer will receive an email containing the shipment details so that he can verify the status. Medinnova S.r.l. uses third-party freight forwarders for the delivery of products and therefore is not able to directly guarantee the accuracy of the execution. The delivery service is carried out at the main street number of the indicated residence and therefore deliveries to the floor are not guaranteed. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the products and is indicated separately.

Delivery failure
For the delivery, the customer or his representative must be present at the address and time indicated in the shipping confirmation. If the customer (or the person in charge) is not present, the order will be considered canceled and the customer will be charged (as a penalty) the cost of delivery and that of the products; will also be the faculty of Medinnova S.r.l. exclude the customer from the service.

Payment
The purchase is paid by the customer only online through the services indicated on the site. PayPal (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)

Invoice
The invoice issue is not mandatory, unless requested by the customer after the order has been placed as indicated in the D.P.R. of 10/26/1972 n. 633 – art.22.

Right of withdrawal
The customer’s rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005. Therefore, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanation and without additional costs, provided that the withdrawal is communicated by registered A / R to Medinnova Srl, Via Dei Cairoli, 49, 50131, Florence (FI), or by certified e-mail (pec) at info@medinnova.it within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the products. This communication must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the receipt.
The customer must therefore return the product intact and in perfect condition, with packaging similar to the one of arrival, at its own expense, to Medinnova Srl, Via Dei Cairoli, 49, 50131, Florence (FI). If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the methods described, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Without prejudice to the above, the right of withdrawal is not allowed in the case of purchase of sealed packaged products, opened by the customer.

Service Suspension
Medinnova Srl, upon written notice to the customer, reserves the right to suspend the service.

Product Change Campaign
The change can be made with any item of the same or higher cost than the purchased one, except for exceptions specified in advance on specific models, paying the difference if necessary. If the item is changed with a lower one, no monetary compensation will be issued. The deadline for making the change is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

IMPORTANT
It is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original package, that they have NEVER been used outside and that the purchase receipt is inserted inside the box. Insert inside the package a sheet with the following data: name, surname, telephone number, shipping address to which you wish to receive the goods and model and shoe number reserved for the change. To change the goods you must contact us by e-mail at info@medinnova.it to reserve the item you want as a replacement, then to make the goods you have two options: after having contacted us and reserved the goods for the change, the same will be immediately sent to you through our courier who will collect your return upon delivery. All at a cost of € 9.00 which you will pay to the courier in cash. Or: send us back the product, by courier or mail at your expense, at our Medinnova Srl office Via Dei Cairoli, 49, 50131, Florence (FI).
The shipment for the return of the products is charged to the customer, as well as any customs fees (in case of return outside the EEC), while the shipment of the new product is at our expense. Only after having received the package you sent, we will ship the new product.
